CELMA S.A. is the only Polish producer of electrical appliances. The company has been providing tools for professionals not only in Poland for 50 years. CELMA also offers the whole assortment of spare parts and accessories for power tools, including cutting units for contour band saws, elastic disks for polishers, twist drill bits, X-tip drill bits, diamond core drill bits, mixers, etc.

QUINTO Sp. z o.o. manufactures specialized precision equipment for mining industry and sheet folding machines. The customers include companies from underground and opening-cast mining, power generation, chemical and shipbuilding industries. QUINTO delivers its products to the Polish market and, amongst others, to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, and the USA. COMPLEX LOGISTIC Sp. z o.o. provides logistics services to the benefit of Complex IQ and other customers. The company operates its own modern logistics centre located at the intersection of A1 and A2 motorways. Owing to its perfectly supplied warehouse and well-trained staff, the company guarantees top quality logistics services.

OSTRANA Internationale HandelsgesmbH (Vienna, Austria) is a company with almost 40 years of tradition, specialising in the production and distribution of first-rate power tools and accessories.

KOMPLEXMETAL - UKRAINE is a distributor of bearings and parts of CX machines, HERTZ bolt connections and specialized products for industry of other Capital Group brands in the Ukrainian market.

PREMIUM TECHNIK POLSKA Sp. z o.o.  specializes in supplying machine parts, including driveline components, instruments, power tools and accessories for industry, mining, construction, agriculture and automotive sectors.

COMPLEX AUTOMOTIVE BEARINGS Sp. z o.o. is a Polish manufacturer and distributor of car repair kits. These are wheel bearings with a complete set of fixings and seals, precisely profiled for a given make and year of manufacture. The company product range includes also other automotive parts, such as trailing arms, automotive bearings, tools and industrial chemicals.

Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo-Usługowe Metalzbyt distributes metal products (such as bolts, nuts, cables, grates, wire, welding equipment), power tools (drills, polishers, pulse hammers, welding machines) and construction chemicals.

COMPLEX WÄLZLAGER DEUTSCHLAND GmbH distributes driveline components such as bearings, belts, sealings and industrial bolt connections in Germany.

COMPLEX PRODUCTION Sp. z o.o. manufactures metal bearing and industrial parts. Modern machine park, including CNC lathes, ensures manufacturing of top quality products.

COMPANIES PERFORMING CENTRAL FUNCTIONS TOWARDS THE HOLDING::

COMPLEX FINANCE Sp. z o.o. – this company provides book-keeping services to COMPLEX Holding companies, including, amongst others, registration of invoices and other cost documents with modern accounting applications and programmes, preparation of VAT, PIT and CIT returns, calculation of monthly income tax payments.

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SERVICES POLSKA Sp. z o.o. – this company is in charge of the collection of debts of the Capital Group Customers. Next to standard debt collection activities, the company also prepares documentation related to court debt collection, brings cases to court, and deals with the assignment of debts.

Central functions are also performed to the benefit of the Group by the parent company, Complex IQ including, amongst others:
