REPORT 13/07: Acquisition of shares of COMPLEX S.A. by managing persons
Pursuant to the above mentioned notification Mr. Radosław Łodziato - the Vice President of the Executive Board of the Company acquired, within the framework of the private offer of D series shares, on this 29th November 2007, 25,000 ordinary bearer shares of COMPLEX S.A. at the average price of 2.00 PLN per one share, and Mr. Marek Składowski, the Vice President of the Executive Board of the Company, acquired within the framework of the private offer of D series shares, on this 29th November 2007, 15,500 ordinary bearer shares of COMPLEX S.A. at the average price of 2.00 PLN per one share.

REPORT 10/07: Private subscription of D series shares of COMPLEX S.A.
On this 9th November the allocation of shares to 24 investors.
Within the framework of the private subscription 75,000 D series bearer shares of the Company, of the nominal value of 2.00 PLN each, were offered. The shares were allocated pursuant to the concluded share acquisition contracts. The number of D series shares subscribed and allocated amounts to 75,000.
Issuance price of D series shares amounted to 2.00 PLN per share. The Executive Board of the Company did not conclude contracts for investment or service subissuance of D series shares. The total value of the conducted issuance of D series shares according to the issuance price amounted to 150,000.00PLN. więcej >>
