1993 - the incorporation of COMPLEX,
1998 - launching the CX brand on the market (exclusive property of the company COMPLEX)
AON COMPLEX transformed into the manufacturer, put emphasis on extending the offer and the quality of goods.
2000 - the transfer of the company headquarters to Al. Piłsudskiego 143.
Dynamic development of the company caused that the previous headquarters office was changed for post-industrial, monumental buildings of WIFAMA, giving the possibility to organize a high storage warehouse, offices, production halls and enabling further development and adaptations of more halls and rooms.

2005 - new office and conference rooms were in use and the warehouse surface was doubled.
Increase in the surface of company rooms and doubling the warehouse surface, both were the effects of the development of sales departments – domestic and foreign one, as well as of the increase in goods available on hand; The company surface was 7000m2 - including 4000m2 of high storage warehouse surface, suitable for storing 3000 pallets.
2005 - launching new category CX products and publishing the series of extensive book catalogues
2006 - transformation of the company into joint stock company
2006 - launching new product group on the market - high quality HERTZ bolt connections
2007 - receiving the donation from the European Regional Development Fund by the company
2007 - approval of the issuance prospectus of COMPLEX S.A. by the Financial Supervision Commission
2007 - COMPLEX S.A. stock exchange debut
2008 - the beginning of the construction of the Capital Group - successful acquisition of QUINTO Sp. z o.o.
Quinto is the manufacturer of the professional precise apparatus for the mining industry and bending machines. The Company Customers are the companies from deep mining and surface mining branch, energetic, chemical and shipyard industry. Quinto delivers its products on the Polish market and among others to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Russia, Turkey and the USA. The Company has the certificate of the Central Mining Institute and ISO 9001 accredited by TÜV Rheinland.
2008 – the opening of the Logistics Center of COMPLEX S.A. in Stryków near Łódź
The centre meets the world logistics standards. It is based on the concept dedicated and prepared by the specialists, additionally supported with the latest achievements of storage and goods transport technique. The centre operates on the basis of ERP II class system, and the processes inside the centre are managed by the specialized and renowned WMS class system.
