ISO 9001: 2000
In July 2006 COMPLEX renewed certifications which confirmed that implemented Quality Management System met requirements of ISO 9001:2000 standard. The certifications concern management area in general that includes method of management, work management in particular units, customer assessment, planning and carrying out production.
Complex IQ initiated second certification process in order to receive confirmation that ISO requirements are still met and that accepted procedures and high standards constitute the basis of activities in all business areas.
The renewing audit took place in July 2006 and was conducted by one of the world leading certifying institution Lloyd`s Register Quality Assurance associated with Lloyd`s Register which has guaranteed the highest standards of technical supervision performance for 240 years.
The granted certificate as a result of the conducted audit confirms meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard in manufacture and distribution of:
• Bearings and bearing technique elements
• Elements of drive transmission technique
• Bolt connections and mounting technique
• Repair kits for wheel hubs
Renewal of the certificate is one of the elements of the quality policy realized by the company, the basic aim of this policy is pursuit of full customer satisfaction by providing products and services of the highest quality.
