Modern Logistics Centre of Complex S.A. was located in the strategic geographical location, in the vicinity of the planned junction of the motorways A1/A2. The official opening of the facility is planned for this 8th September 2008. The Centre meets world logistics standards. It is based on the concept dedicated and prepared by the specialists, additionally suported with latest achievements of storage and goods transport technique. The centre operates on the basis of ERP II class system, and the processes inside the facility are managed by the specialized and renown WMS class system. The value of the investment is nearly 8 million PLN   the Centre will allow for storing over 30,000 articles (SKU) of the maximum weight up to 10,000 tons, it will facilitate over 10,000 order lines and over 1000 orders per day. The investment will ensure the Company the optimization of logistics processes. The effect will be the minimization of costs with simultaneous increase of customer service (extension of the scope of logistics services, optimum use of invested resources, increasing the quality of custmer service).  Logistics Centre Complex S.A. in numbers: ·      The zone of high storage shelves for over 10,000 pallete places, which gives the capacity of 8.000 tons. ·      ZONE 23 OF ELEVATOR DYNAMIC SHELVES WITH TOTAL LOAD CAPACITY OVER 600 TONS, ALLOWING FOR STORING IN OVER 50,000 LOCATIONS·     ZONE OF FLOW SHELVES OF THE CAPACITY OF OVER 19,000 CARDBOARD BOXES OF THE TOTAL LOAD CAPACITY OF NEARLY 500 TONS. ·      The system of intelligent transporters of the length of one kilometer.·      LINE FOR INTERNAL PACKAGE MATERIALS RECYCLING, TERMINATED WITH FORMING OF PRESSED SECONDARY MATERIALS    Pursuant to the announcement, Complex S.A. realized the second from the issuance aims. The Company made the acquisition of the entity, for the purpose of the offer diversification and increasing the pace of organic development. On this 29th August 2008, Complex S.A. signed the contract with the Company Quinto, the manufacturer of the devices and industrial apparatus for mining industry and bending brakes-squeezers for sheets. The Company Clients are the companies from deep mining and surface mining branch, energetics, chemical and shipyard industry. Quinto delivers its products on the Polish market and to, among others, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Russia, Turkey and the USA. The Company has the certificate of the Central Mining Institute and ISO 9001 accredited by TÜV Rheinland. In 2007 the company has 24.2 million PLN revenue and nearly half a million net profit.
