The whole scope of processes from manufacture to laboratory analysis guarantee that our final customer receive high quality goods and tested by Polish specialists. High quality of our brand products allow us to grant 18 months guarantee of durability. The special complaint system is security of this durability. Owing to this system, operation documentation is restricted to the circulation of information in the computer system, time of processing the complaint - restricted to 2 weeks - and the degree of the process advancement are strictly controlled. At any moment, the Customer has the possibility to check at what stage his/her complaint is in the client portfolio.
