TURNING AND MILLING ON AUTOMATIC LATHES CONTROLLED NUMERICALLY
The company COMPLEX offers services in the filed of turning, milling canals and planes, as well as drilling wholes with the use of the most modern in Poland turning automatic machine, which is controlled numerically - FAT FCT 700. The lathe is electrically equipped with Siemens equipment with the latest driver CNC Siemens Shop Turn 810D.
The basic services we offer are the following:
* turning the elements of diameter up to 700 mm and turning length up to 1600 mm,
* guaranteed reproducibility of dimensions,
* high precision of turning complicated profiles,
* production of top quality bearing sleeves and nuts in a very short time from 1 to max. 14 days.
CUTTING LARGE ELEMENTS
Complex Company offers services of cutting large elements such as:
* cutting material of transverse profile 1000 x 1000 mm in a plane perpendicular to the material axis,
* cutting material of diameter max 1000 mm,
* cutting material of total weight up to 10 000 kg,
* cutting steel, colour metals and materials in the form of pipes, cylinders, profiles and sections,
* automatic control that allows to reproduce identical cutting,
* precision of cutting – with perpendicularity 0,1 mm/100 mm, precision of feeding 0,2 mm with a single feed.
