COMPLEX AUTOMOTIVE BEARINGS Sp. z o.o. is a Polish manufacturer and distributor of car repair kits. These are wheel bearings with a complete set of fixings and seals, precisely profiled for a given make and year of manufacture. The company product range includes also other automotive parts, such as trailing arms, automotive bearings, tools and industrial chemicals.

Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo-Usługowe Metalzbyt distributes metal products (such as bolts, nuts, cables, grates, wire, welding equipment), power tools (drills, polishers, pulse hammers, welding machines) and construction chemicals.

COMPLEX WÄLZLAGER DEUTSCHLAND GmbH distributes driveline components such as bearings, belts, sealings and industrial bolt connections in Germany.

COMPLEX PRODUCTION Sp. z o.o. manufactures metal bearing and industrial parts. Modern machine park, including CNC lathes, ensures manufacturing of top quality products.

COMPLEX FINANCE Sp. z o.o. – this company provides book-keeping services to COMPLEX Holding companies, including, amongst others, registration of invoices and other cost documents with modern accounting applications and programmes, preparation of VAT, PIT and CIT returns, calculation of monthly income tax payments.

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SERVICES POLSKA Sp. z o.o. – this company is in charge of the collection of debts of the Capital Group Customers. Next to standard debt collection activities, the company also prepares documentation related to court debt collection, brings cases to court, and deals with the assignment of debts.
